One day course

The aim of the course is to give you that bit of confidence when you take your first full lessons on public roads but also includes theory and hazard perception on up to date computer programs.

You will be taught the basics in;

• How the basic controls work (including steering techniques, clutch control, gear changes)
• Moving away and stopping
• Approaching and Emerging at junctions (including roundabouts)
• Road signs and markings
• Hill starts
• Angled Starts
• Emergency Stops*
• Turn in the road*
• left reverse*
• right reverse*
• Parallel Parking*
• Bay Parking*
• and much more

Ongoing lessons

For those really wanting to take their test as soon as possible after turning 17, we can offer regular return sessions at discounted rate where you will be taught how to drive more fully, including the various manoeuvres required for the driving test.

e.g Turn in the road, Left reverse, reverse parking, and bay parking.

The more practical experience at the stage gives you more confidence when you do take to the roads.

All lessons are still conducted in an off-road environment and would strongly recommend some additional lessons on public roads before taking your test which we can also provide.

Ongoing lessons are discounted if booked at time of 1st lesson.
